Payment / Billing

We accept the following forms of payment: Electronic checks Personal checks Credit cards Long-term care insurance reimbursements VA reimbursements We are happy to assist our clients with the paperwork involved to receive reimbursement from long-term care insurance companies or the VA.

Pricing is $45/hour for 4-9 hours and $42 per hour for 10-12 hours of service. However, prices can vary based on care needs and frequency of care. Contact us for a complimentary in-home assessment to find out how much home-care services will cost for you or your loved one. Billing statements are provided via email or mail usually bi-weekly.

Flexibility is key to our service. We do not require long term contracts and we always allow you the freedom to adjust services as your needs evolve. We work with you to establish an agreement that feels right.
